Vendor/Creator Tables

Vendor/Creator table spaces for purchase at the SWCBCS. Tables are for both days of the show (April 18-19), 6ft long, and come with a table cover

There is a handling fee required for each table product ordered.

BE SURE TO SELECET THE CORRESPONDING HANDLING FEE (1-table, 2-tables, etc.),

OR YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED AND THE PRODUCTS RETURNED TO STOCK.



Vendor/Creator tables are approved for sale after a valid application is received and reviewed. A discount code will be sent to applicants after approval, enabling them to purchase tables at the published price of $60 per table per day.



Once a potential vendor/exhibitor has been notified that their application has been approved (typically via email), they have until Feb 15, 2025 to pay for and reserve their table order. Approved table orders that have not been paid by midnight (MST), Feb 15, 2026 will be released back into inventory and offered to any waitlisted applicants. Vendors/exhibitors that have lost their reservation for nonpayment will be added to the waitlist and offered any openings that remain after all the previous waitlist applicants have responded to offered tables.
