Food Truck Vendor Space at the SWCBCS for 1-day (Apr 18, 2026) during show hours.
Single truck space is $30 for each day of the show during show hours, plus sales taxes and fees.
Separate after hours, evening events are and additional $25 each, plus sale tax and fees.
There is a $30 application fee that covers one day of the event.
There are two side event options for Food Truck Vendors, one on Friday evening and one on Saturday evening. There is a separate application fee of $25 for each of these events.

The SWCBCS will provide spaces for up to three (3) food trucks during the main event hours and one (1) space for each of the after hours events.
ALL Food Truck vendors are required to provide their own electrical power (generator) as needed for operations.
Once a potential vendor/exhibitor has been notified that their application has been approved (typically via email), they have until April 1, 2026 to pay for and reserve their truck space. Approved truck space orders that have not been paid by midnight (MST), April 1, 2026 will be released back into inventory and offered to any waitlisted applicants. Food Truck Vendors that have lost their reservation for nonpayment will be added to the waitlist and offered any openings that remain after all the previous waitlist applicants have responded to offered spaces.
